Outstanding musician, outstanding teacher!

I couldn't asked for a better teacher than Douglas Loomis. I have been taking lessons for a little over 3 years and have grown by leaps and bounds. There are several things I really enjoy about my lessons with Douglas: he is great at explaining and demonstrating concepts, he is gentle and encouraging, but always demands the best in musicality and technique, and he is always interested in my growth as a musician and performer. He is an excellent teacher.
