Chris Norred is a versatile musician with a passion for exploring a diverse range of genres. Hailing from Virginia, he was immersed in the rich tradition of Appalachian Fiddle Tunes and mastered Bluegrass Guitar at an early age. Eager to broaden his musical horizons, he delved into the styles of Django Reinhardt and Martin Taylor, expanding his repertoire to jazz and beyond.

His dedication to musical excellence led him to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Performance at VCU. Now based in Asheville, NC, Chris is on a journey to refine his craft and continue pushing the boundaries of his musical expression.
