Do you use the four directions in your practice?

Introduction

In this lesson I discuss using the four directions to practice patterns, intervals, etc. on your instrument. Not only will this be a great practice to dteremine how well you know your instrument/pattern, but this will also give you ideas to use a springboard in your improvisation.
