Reuel Lubag is one of the well established jazz artists in the Pacific Northwest jazz scene. He is a graduate of Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts(Theory & Compositon) degree in Music.

Reuel has worked with The Glenn Miller Orchestra, Terry Gibbs, the Mills Brothers, Buddy Greco, Barbara McNair, Fran Jeffries, Peanuts Hucko, Louise Tobin, and as conductor/pianist for Herb Jeffries. He also worked with Ernestine Anderson for a short stint and these associations have led to working over the years with the Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra, Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, Cab Calloway Orchestra, Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra, Steve Lippia, Dee Daniels and many others. His resume' is full of experience from the local to the international level and is respected in many jazz circles.

Reuel served as a Music Ambassador for the U.S. Department of State in 2014 as a member of the group, The Native Jazz Quartet, and toured Latin America serving as a clinician and performer. He also has parlayed his experience as a clinician/adjudicator/ and teacher in settings from private lessons to large auditoriums and everything in-between from schools, to universities, and jazz festivals.

He has been featured on quite a number of albums and most recently released his self titled album(2018), "Premiere".
