How do you play the Sweet Child O Mine intro?

Can someone please show me the guitar intro part to Gunz N Roses Sweet Child O Mine?

This is how I think it's played.. (the original recording is tuned down 1/2 step)

it's a great string skipping exercise. I've heard it was an exercise Slash was shown by a teacher that he turned into the intro for the song. It's easiest to break it into 3 sections: Bars 1-2, 3-4, and 5-6. Bars 7-8 anre the same as 1-2. I'll try to make a video later with my iPhone....
