Piano Tuning Software

Has anyone tried using electronic piano tuning software (as the cost of tuning every 4-6 months is becoming quite expensive) and if so have they been happy with the results?

I dont mind putting in a little time if it means that I can have the convenience of a piano which is always in tune. I have discounted using the cheap/free software as I doubt they take proper account of equal temperament, but was intrigued by "Dirks Piano Tuner" - which although rather expensive - looks as if might do the job.
