Introduction
Chord symbols can be one of the most confusing things to tackle for musicians new to reading charts and lead sheets. In this lesson we'll cover the most common chord symbols, what they mean, and how to quickly recognize what you're seeing and translate that into the correct chord.
In this lesson we will not cover playing the actual voicing structure. This is intended to be a lesson to help all musicians understand the basics of chord symbols.
