Stanislav Golovin has performed as a soloist, chamber and orchestral musician throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. 

Mr. Golovin is a Gold Medal winner of the prestigious Houston Symphony Ima Hogg Young Artist Competition. As a result, he made his solo debut with the Houston Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Hans Graf, performing Copland’s Clarinet Concerto. In addition, Mr. Golovin performed with The Cleveland Orchestra under Franz Welser-Möst, Alan Gilbert, Manfred Honeck, David Robertson, Giancarlo Guerrero, Paavo Järvi, Andrew Grams, Tito Muñoz, James Gaffigan, Lionel Bringuier and many others. He also performed with the Kansas City Symphony, CityMusic Cleveland, Youngstown Symphony, National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan, Britt Festival Orchestra and Blossom Festival Orchestra.

Mr. Golovin has won numerous awards and competitions, including National Young Artists Competition of Uzbekistan, International Jewish Arts Festival Competition in Moscow, the Milhaud Performance Prize Competition, the Wagner College Young Artist Competition, the Fine Arts Award in Clarinet at Interlochen Arts Academy, the Tuesday Musical Club Competition and the Cleveland Institute of Music Concerto Competition.

An active educator, Mr. Golovin has taught at the Cleveland Institute of Music, at UMKC Conservatory of Music and Dance and at Interlochen Arts Academy. His other teaching engagements included at the University of Iowa, University of Virginia in Charlottesville, at University of Missouri in Columbia, Truman State University, Wichita State University and others. While studying at the Cleveland Institute of Music, Mr. Golovin served as the first-ever teaching assistant to legendary Franklin Cohen
